Head of Finance

This new role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.  The role calls for a highly accomplished Head of Finance who may be looking to broaden their skills in what we expect to be a high growth situation. The Head of Finance is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the finance team and ensuring that financial and management reporting activities are completed in line with strategic, regulatory and statutory targets and obligations.

We expect applicants to be hold an accounting degree, be CPA or CA qualified, have at least 10 years post degree experience and demonstrated success leading and building a high performing team.

Responsive Maintenance Officer

The Role:

The Responsive Maintenance Officer is responsible for providing excellent client service through the responsive maintenance hotline and ensuring quality and value for money maintenance is carried through the effective management of contractors and their service agreements whilst ensuring client satisfaction and safety is maintained.

The Responsive Maintenance Officer is also responsible for providing administration support to the assets team.


Your Skills:

You will demonstrate your exceptional administration skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment, be organised in nature, have exceptional attention to detail and be able to think on your feet. 

You will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients and show compassion and empathy for those in housing need.  You will be professional in approach and behaviour.

You will have intermediate to advanced MS office knowledge.  Property maintenance experience and government/social housing advantageous.
