Welcome to the residents who transferred to Link Housing from the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) on 3 December 2018.

With this transfer, Link Housing now manages an additional 1875 properties in Hornsby, Ryde and Ku-ring-gai LGAs and an additional 3000 or so social housing tenants. Link Housing tendered for the Social Housing Management Transfer (SHMT) in 2017. Read about our win here.

These free services will help you to communicate with the Link Housing team in the lead up to the official transfer of your tenancy.
