For Link Housing Affordable Housing

Link Housing currently manages its Affordable Housing tenancies and clients using a different system. This system does not yet allow self-service options through a tenant portal or other secure site.

Link Housing is looking at ways we can provide self-service options to all our tenants. We welcome your ideas and feedback to: feedback@linkhousing.org.au

If you would like to check your rent payments in the meantime, please speak to your Property Manager on 9412 5111.


Social Housing Management Transfer (SHMT) tenants

Tenants who reside in properties that were transferred to Link Housing on the 3rd December 2018 as part of the Social Housing Management Transfer (SHMT), are to continue to call their current repairs number.

The repairs call centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone - 1800 422 322. SHMT tenants can also talk to their Housing Manager about any unresolved issues concerning their repairs.

Your Housing Manager will then talk to our Assets and Maintenance Team to get the information they need to assist you with your repair or maintenance issue.

All other tenants

All other Link Housing tenants are to call Link Housing on 9412 5111 for repairs. If you call outside of normal working hours, choose option 1 to be put through to our after hours service.

Link Housing aims to respond to your repair needs as quickly as possible.

You can complete our online form or email maintenance@linkhousing.org.au with the following information:
• Your name, property address and phone number
• A detailed description of the problem
• Whether you have reported the problem before
• When a tradesperson can get access into your
property to assess and fix the problem.

Update my contact details

We understand that from time to time you may need to update your contact details. This includes your email address, phone numbers, postal address. The Link Housing Tenant Portal will offer you a way to do this soon. For now, we invite you to use the link to get in touch and tell us your new details.
